Inchcape Shipping Services seeks a candidate to support port call planning and execution, ensuring services meet or exceed principal/ship master expectations. The role involves coordinating port call activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Port Call Planning / Execution: Understand port call requirements and expectations of Principal/Ship Master; execute port call turnarounds in a cost-effective and expeditious manner; closely monitor and update stakeholders on port call progress; ensure the principal’s best interests are protected.
• Effective Communication: Provide concise and timely communication with authorized recipients, including routine pre-arrival, progress updates, and post-call follow-ups.
