About the RoleVanzbon Global is seeking an experienced Singapore Compliance Lead who holds a valid Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) registration with ACRA.
The successful candidate will act as the company’s appointed RQI in Singapore and take responsibility for corporate services compliance, ACRA and Bizfile filings, internal compliance controls, and the supervision of employees performing filing and corporate secretarial work.
This position is suitable for an experienced corporate secretarial, governance, or compliance professional who has strong knowledge of Singapore’s corporate services regulatory framework and is comfortable taking ownership of compliance operations.
