Responsibilities:
- Safe Transport: Drive hotel shuttles according to established schedules or on-demand requests.
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and assist with loading and unloading luggage.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip inspections, clean the vehicle interior, and track fuel levels.
- Local Guidance: Answer guest questions regarding hotel amenities and local area attractions.
- Cross-Training: Assist the front desk or act as a bellhop, concierge, or houseperson during downtime.
