Manage the showroom on a day-to-day basis, welcoming and attending to walk-in visitors professionally and ensuring a positive first impression Assist during showroom demonstrations and events, supporting the team in presenting robots to visitors and clients Capture photos and short video clips during showroom events and demos to support the marketing team's content needs Maintain showroom robots in peak condition ensuring all units are charged, clean, and demo-ready at all times Answer visitor and customer queries via chat, email, and phone handling basic technical questions independently and escalating complex technical queries to the senior team by booking an online support meeting Set up robot content and messages through the Robot Console and manage content data via Excel files Maintain a basic FAQ and response template library to handle repeat queries faster and ensure consistent communication Act as Zoom Master during online webinars managing attendees, breakout rooms, screen ...
