Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Shovel Operator with experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry in the UAE. The Shovel Operator will be responsible for operating wheel loaders/shovels to load aggregates, sand, and raw materials into batching plant hoppers while ensuring safe and efficient material handling operations.
The ideal candidate must have experience operating heavy equipment in quarry, construction, or Ready‑Mix production environments and demonstrate strong awareness of safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wheel loaders/shovels to transport and load aggregates and raw materials.
- Feed batching plants with required materials according to production schedules.
