The key responsibilities of this position are:
+ _Develop and execute sourcing strategies PCBAs and electro-mechanical builds._
+ _Identify and onboard capable suppliers aligned with business requirements_
+ _Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and cost analysis_
+ _Lead RFQs/RFPs, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization_
+ _Analyze BOMs, Gerbers, process steps, yields, labor, overheads, and cost drivers._
