**Job Title: Shot Peening Supervisor**
**Job Description**
This role oversees aerospace shot peening operations to ensure compliance with industry and customer specifications, while leading a team to deliver high-quality, consistent results. You will apply your deep knowledge of NADCAP, AS9100, and aerospace standards to manage processes, troubleshoot equipment, and support continuous improvement across the shot peening function.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise daily shot peening operations to ensure all work meets applicable aerospace specifications and quality standards.
+ Ensure processes and documentation comply with NADCAP and AS9100 requirements for aerospace manufacturing.
+ Perform and oversee Almen intensity testing to verify proper shot peening parameters and process control.
+ Conduct coverage inspections to confirm that components meet required surface treatment and coverage criteria.
