Founded in 2022, Create Wellness is redefining creatine for the modern consumer — starting with a first-of-its-kind creatine gummy and scaling rapidly into a high-growth, profitable business across eCommerce and retail. Creatine is not a niche bodybuilding supplement; it's a foundational wellness product, and Create is building to own the category.

We’re hiring a Shopper Marketing Manager to own our retail activation function — bridging the gap between brand and retailer execution across Target, Vitamin Shoppe, Sprouts, GNC, Wegmans, and future partners

This role is for someone who:

• Lives at the intersection of brand and retail — and knows how to translate a campaign into a shelf moment
• Thinks like an owner and operates like a builder
• Is equal parts strategic and executional — equally comfortable in a buyer meeting and managing a creative brief
• Understands the mechanics of retail activation: co-op, Roundel, Ibotta, Instacart, secondary...
