**Job Description**
The Shop Technician installs and customizes equipment on a wide range of trucks, including plow trucks, service trucks, tool box trucks, and dump trucks. This role focuses on upfitting pre-fabricated and pre-assembled equipment onto truck frames according to specific client requirements. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure safe, high-quality installations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install pre-fabricated and pre-assembled equipment such as lifts, hitches, plows, graders, and tool boxes onto truck frames using hand and power tools.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and prints to ensure correct, safe placement and attachment of equipment.
