SHOP SUBSAFE DIRECTOR

Summary You will serve as a SHOP SUBSAFE DIRECTOR in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will serve as shop quality control personnel, training leader, and technical expert on the SUBSAFE/re-entry control (REC) instructions. You will serve as a consultant and authority to higher level management on SUBSAFE policy and procedures. You will assess program documentation and system equipment design and, when necessary, formulate alternative support concepts to achieve SUBSAFE program objectives. You will identify SUBSAFE program and planning execution problems and develop and implement corrective action plans to adjust operations to facilitate adequate support. You will conduct follow-up review to ensure implementation of recommendations and analyze the effectiveness and impact of recommendations issued to correct problems.
