Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain products and ingredients clearly when required
• Handle sales transactions accurately using POS system
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure cleanliness of counters, shelves and customer areas
• Promote offers and support upselling initiatives
• Assist with gift packaging and special orders
• Handle customer feedback and report to supervisor
• Follow company grooming and uniform standards
