Shop Manager

Minimum requirements: Previous experience managing a manufacturing or production facility. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and decision-making skills. Computer literacy and experience working with production documentation. Advantageous Experience within the boat-building, marine, fibreglass, or related manufacturing industries. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
