**General Helper - 1st Shift - $20/hr - El Cajon**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a General Helper in the Deburr department, where you will work with hand tools such as grinders and be responsible for deburring and grinding parts. This role involves working with acetone, cleaning, and polishing greasy, oily parts while ensuring safety with provided PPE. You will primarily work Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm and may be involved in sandblasting tasks in the future. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear steel-toed shoes, with the majority of the day spent standing and following instructions in English.

+ Perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, assisting other workers.
+ Remove burrs, sharp edges, and cracks using hand tools and power burring equipment.
