• $25-$35 per hour plus production incentives Job Duties: Review dispatch schedule regularly:  ensure Service Technicians are producing billable work and adjust the work flow accordingly; monitor and act on daily production reports Support Service Advisors so they can focus on selling and processing repair orders Assist in reviewing repair orders for proper flat rate and ensure all complaints, cause and corrections are clear and complete; confirm proper pictures are taken for all warranty repairs Anticipate, create and oversee vehicle moves for Lot Attendants Coach, mentor, and motivate Service Technicians Use our core values as their ...
