Shop Floor Scheduler

Job Summary

Manages Shop Floor Scheduling activities in the Production Area. It includes the management of visual systems to communicate / monitor the sequence of production orders, ensuring the availability of resources (tooling, raw materialÂ…etcÂ…) to create and maintain the optimal production sequence.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly and yearly S&OP (Sales and Operations) for the designed customers.
• Maximize production / utilization of shared manufacturing resources while ensuring full consistency with the mix of MPS products, volumes, and required availability dates.
• Track manufacturing performance / daily performance against schedule, challenging and understanding whenever performance deviates from standard.
• Monitor stock coverage daily to avoid out-of-stock and overstock by adjusting the run sequence if possible or by raising the issue with the Master Scheduler.
