Responsibilities

• Help create a well‑presented shop where customers receive great service.
• Sort and size stock, and assist customers with their purchases.
• Move stock, including lifting heavy goods or furniture, as required.
• Maximise donated income through proactive stock generation, optimum pricing, processing stock to agreed levels and stock planning.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping, ensuring health and safety for you and colleagues.
• Ensure effective stock processes so the shop is well merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock all the time.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in‑store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives.
