Shipyard Support Lead: Scaffolding, Painting & Safety

You will plan, manage and deploy manpower and resources for painting, cleaning, scaffolding, and security escort of contractors, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to safety standards. You will lead the production team, set performance targets, coordinate with other departments and customers, oversee budgets and inventory, and provide training on safety practices.
