Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain and continuously develop global standards for Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Management / SAP within BOGE.
- Deliver training and provide support for SAP implementations and process changes at BOGE manufacturing plants worldwide.
- Lead sub-projects related to the implementation of SAP standards across BOGE manufacturing plants (adaptation to internal customer requirements remains the responsibility of the IT department).
- Act as the SAP contact person for key users at manufacturing plants.
- Review and approve requirements submitted by local process experts.
- Perform SAP testing and release defined processes.
- Align and approve processes with local SD key users, Global Process Experts (GPEs) from other functional areas, and IT.
- Participate in integration testing for SAP upgrades and implementations across BOGE plants worldwide.
