We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk for the 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm). This role involves staging raw materials, ensuring accurate documentation, and complying with safety protocols in a food manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret production schedules, formulas, batch sheets, and Bills of Lading.
+ Pull and stage raw materials in the correct batch sequence using designated lot numbers.
+ Accurately document lot numbers, weights, and material usage with zero errors.
+ Open containers using manual and pneumatic tools such as can openers and knives.
+ Return unused raw materials to proper storage locations.
+ Follow all BRC, food safety, quality, and legal requirements.
+ Complete all required training and demonstrate the ability to perform trained tasks.
