Shipping Lead - 2nd Shift - Pay Starting at $30.82/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium

**Schedule** Monday - Friday; 3:00 - 11:00 pm with OT

**What you will do**

+ Manage and monitor all the inbound shipments of finished goods.
+ Assist and resolve any discrepancies or product integrity issues
+ Correct any inventory discrepancies.
+ Make sure all employees are following departmental safety rules.
+ Conduct mid-year and annual employee reviews
+ Go into orders and manage how the product will be constructed on the pallet
+ Pull customer orders by carrier and allocate inventory.

**What you need:**

Required

+ High School or GED
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or related field

Preferred

+ Associates or Bachelor's degree
+ Formal training and leadership experience

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
