Vacancy Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to all shipping-related inquiries, ensuring efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with sales teams and destination offices to obtain freight approvals and confirm applicable shipping rates
- Collaborate with the Airfreight Planner to schedule and confirm optimal flight arrangements for cargo movement
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for cargo readiness, including packing, release, sorting, storage, and final handover to carriers
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal SOPs for all outbound cargo movements
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned
- Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
- Experience in shipping operations is required.
