Shipping Executive

A collaborative team player contributing effectively to overall shipping and logistics operations. Managing end-to-end import and export processes to ensure timely and compliant shipments. Coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders to streamline logistics activities. Liaising with customs and government authorities, including Customs and Municipality, to ensure regulatory compliance. Handling and processing Letters of Credit (LC) in coordination with financial institutions. Working closely with Treasury to facilitate timely supplier payments. Utilizing ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), for operational efficiency. Preparing and analyzing MIS reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to support decision-making.
