RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verifies part number and/or serial numbers on the carton against Delivery Note. Notify 3PL Warehouse team if there is any discrepancy. Packages/inspect material appropriately for shipment.
- Generate Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice and other shipping related documents. Perform Post Good Issue (PGI) once cargo is collected.
- Understand shipping instruction given for each order request in system before shipment arrangement.
- Coordinates pick up and tracks shipments of various freight carriers.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of shipping area.
- Filling and scanning of shipment document.
- Investigates and / or fixes issues/problems.
- Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
