Shipping & Chartering Admin Executive UAE

We are partnered with a shipping company based in Dubai, currently operating within the UAE's Free Zone framework.

We are seeking two (2) part-time Shipping & Chartering Admin Executives — one based in Ras Al Khaimah and one based in Dubai — to join our clients team on a flexible two-day-per-week arrangement.

This role carries significant legal responsibility , as the successful candidate will serve as an authorised representative of the company , executing and signing commercial shipping agreements, charter party contracts, and related maritime documentation on the company's behalf.

As such, UAE citizenship is a mandatory requirement and candidates must hold a recognised university degree.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
