**Job Description**
The Shipping Associate supports production operations by managing material flow, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of products to internal and external customers. This role focuses on replenishing production areas, performing inventory control activities, safely moving materials, and verifying product quality and quantities to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick customer sales orders accurately and palletize large items or orders as needed.
+ Verify that all picked items and quantities match order requirements before packing.
+ Pack customer orders securely for shipment to protect product quality in transit.
+ Select the lowest cost appropriate mode of transportation for each shipment.
