We are hiring a **Shipping & Receiving Specialist** to support warehouse operations by managing inbound and outbound shipments, inventory, and material movement.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Process incoming and outgoing shipments
+ Verify counts and maintain accurate records
+ Use shipping software and ERP systems
+ Package and prepare products for shipment
+ Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
+ Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
+ Work with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries

**Qualifications:**

+ Shipping & receiving experience required
+ ERP/MRP system experience preferred
+ International shipping experience a plus
