**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator** **Job Description**
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the production of innovative electric motors for data centers by managing all aspects of warehouse operations. This position oversees daily receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling across multiple sites, ensuring materials are accurately processed, tracked, and delivered to the production floor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive daily UPS and FedEx parcels, sprinter van deliveries, and freight shipments, ensuring all incoming materials are processed accurately and promptly.
+ Handle incoming raw materials for new builds and materials arriving from two additional sites, verifying quantities and condition upon receipt.
+ Use purchase order information to perform all receiving activities, track new materials being moved to another system, and ensure items are issued and counted for accuracy.
