**Job Decription:**
The Shipping & Receiving Associate supports production by moving materials, preparing glass products for the coating line, and organizing shipments according to schedules and documentation requirements. This role ensures products are staged, packaged, and documented accurately while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Review production schedules and supply the coating line with required glass.
+ Move and stage racks, materials, and packaging according to workflow needs.
+ Set up box‑closing areas and prepare products for shipment.
+ Complete and attach all required paperwork to racks, A‑frames, and shipments.
+ Coordinate shipping and receiving tasks, including staging, packaging, and inventory handling.
+ Maintain accurate inventory and support ERP updates.
+ Safely operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment when trained.
