**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk**
**Job Description**
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk manages the end-to-end flow of tools and parts through a climate-controlled shop, ensuring accurate intake, inventory integrity, and timely outbound shipments. This role coordinates closely with repair, sales, and operations teams to log incoming tools, receive and validate parts, maintain accurate records in NetSuite, and prepare repaired tools for prompt return to customers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive, check in, tag, and stage tools as they arrive, ensuring each unit is accurately logged and routed for diagnosis and repair.
+ Validate, receive, and put away twice-weekly transfer orders into the shop’s NetSuite location, confirming all items against order documentation before shelving stock.
