Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping & Chartering Admin to support our commercial shipping and maritime operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping documentation, chartering administration, vessel operations, maritime contracts, corporate administration, and compliance . The role requires excellent coordination skills, document management expertise, and the ability to liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, banks, auditors, and government authorities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of shipping operations, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting audits, and contributing to business development initiatives across the Middle East.
