Job Responsibilities Shipping Support & Administration (90%) Collect COD (final payments) for customer files.
Keep track of shipment schedules for outgoing shipments and incoming load lists from drivers.
Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter shipping data on paperwork.
Work with Shipping manager on racks being sent out, racks returned and delayed shipments for customers.
Address and answer customer inquiries about pending orders and shipments.
Manage and maintain all shipping records.
