Shipboard HR Director — Lead People & Culture Aboard

Cruise Academy is seeking an experienced Shipboard HR Manager to implement HR processes across all departments aboard our vessels. You will lead Employee Relations, Training & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Experience, directing the onboard HR function to support Guest Service excellence.

Requirements include an undergraduate HR-related degree, Global HR Certification (GPHR preferred), 6–8 years in HR roles and 2 years as HR Manager in a multinational setting.
