Job Description

We are looking for an experienced facilities professional who can lead a small on-site team, coordinate contractors, and ensure all planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed to standard.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, clear delegation, and availability to support 24/7 operational and emergency requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the operations and maintenance team, reviewing performance and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Assign and manage work tickets and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work orders for the O&M team.
  • Ensure all PPMs and reactive work orders are completed as scheduled each month, taking corrective action where required.
  • Maintain and manage site Operations & Maintenance documentation, including drawings, manuals, and site operator documentation.
