Shift Supervisor

**The purpose of the Shift Supervisor position at Montour Steam Electric Station is to supervise the total operation of the station on a shift-by-shift basis within established equipment, safety and environmental parameters. The Shift Supervisor supervises the personnel on his/her shift to ensure the units are operated in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. The position coordinates information and work between all departments that support the operation of the station. During off shifts and weekends, the Shift Supervisor assumes prime responsibility to address any situation requiring immediate attention which affects the plant.**
