As a Shift Manager, you will lead a skilled union maintenance workforce responsible for maintaining critical production equipment in one of our leading steel manufacturing operations. You'll play a key role in driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, improving maintenance processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact plant performance.
