Shift Manager (Brampton)

SUMMARY

Responsible for leading team members towards the shared goal of providing an exceptional gaming experience for each and every customer. Manage all aspects of gaming and the facility in a professional manner that is representative of Delta Bingo & Gaming customer-service oriented image. Responsible for ensuring all gaming is run in compliance with legislation governing the on‑going operation of a bingo hall. Work cooperatively with and maintain transparency with the OLG and AGCO.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exemplify Delta Bingo’s Core Values: Community, Innovation & Leadership
• Work co-operatively with co-workers, team members and charity volunteers.
• Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license and/or any license deemed necessary to aid in the operation of the gaming site.
• Work cooperatively with OLG and AGCO providing information in a timely qualified manner.
