Shift Maintenance Technician Co. Longford Talent Curve Recruitment is managing a search for a multi-skilled Shift Maintenance Technician on behalf of a leading, high-volume manufacturing organisation in Co. Longford. Core Responsibilities Breakdown Support: Provide rapid-response electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to minimise downtime on high-speed production lines. PPM Programmes: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on automated systems, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics. PLC Fault-Finding: Interrogate PLC systems (such as Siemens or Allen-Bradley) to diagnose input/output, network, and sensor faults. Continuous Improvement: Assist the engineering team with machinery modifications to improve OEE and site safety. Compliance & LOTO: Strictly adhere to LOTO protocols, health & safety regulations, and GMP standards.
