Aunty's Kitchen is on the lookout for five dedicated Shift Leaders. As part of our 21-person team, you will be responsible for training staff, maintaining customer relations, and overseeing operational tasks at our Erin Mills Parkway location. Your engaging personality will be key to creating a positive dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers for an exceptional experience
• Coordinate staff actions for effective service
• Develop and train new team members
• Support on the restaurant floor as needed
• Reconcile shift payment transactions correctly
