Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate production employees during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production schedules and daily output targets are achieved.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and manufacturing procedures.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate machine changeovers, start-ups, and shift handovers.
• Investigate and resolve production, quality, and equipment issues in collaboration with support departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
