Shift Leader, Chocolate Making & Production

Whittaker’s is seeking a Team Leader to run day-to-day operations in the Making team, overseeing ~30 direct reports. You’ll lead shifts on the floor, ensuring roasting, refining, and production move smoothly, safely and to spec. You own shift performance and resolve issues across processes, resources, or quality.

The role is Monday–Friday, 40–45 hours weekly, with early starts (6:00am) and some flexibility to support operations.
