Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing our team members on the floor throughout shifts. In addition, they support employees and the Management team to ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of an Ojos Locos Shift Lead include, but are not limited to: Oversee all team members and ensure all duties and tasks are being performed per company standards Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of federal, state and local laws and ordinances. Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service. Maintain a professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
