Shift Coordinator

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The Shift Coordinator is responsible for the shift production plan execution and effective manpower management (absence, allocation of resources between lines or machines, overtime with the approval of the Production Manager and/or Sourcing Unit Manager). She/he coordinates the team activities to achieve plant safety, quality, and production goals. S/he ensures that the inbound and outbound logistic operations are efficiently managed, with materials available to the line at the right time in the right quantity, and with product ready to be efficiently evacuated via trailers or other means.

The Shift Coordinator is responsible for all team administration, including shift patterns and timekeeping in compliance with the Global Working Hours Policy for non‑R2S lines.
