SFCC QA Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented SFCC QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations, ensuring high quality deliverables across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SFCC applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Validate site performance, checkout flows, product catalog, promotions, and personalization features.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for SFCC projects.
