The main activities of the HR Project Manager and Support Specialist for Success Factors (m/f/d) are:
- Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors rollout.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout.
- Provide training and support to key users and end users.
- Handling inquiries related to SuccessFactors Modules and Employee Central.
