Settlement Officer - Retail Team
As a member of the Settlement Retail team, you will support back office operations by processing transfer and securities‑related transactions, maintaining daily reconciliation, and ensuring consistency between internal records and external custodians.
Job Description
- Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP)
- Processing of physical shares
- Conducting reconciliation and investigation related to securities
- Front‑office support
- Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
- Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*/MT76*/MT599
- Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals and internal tools
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Finance Back Office department; swift knowledge a plus
- Fluent in French; good command of English; Germ...
