Role)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Agile Development SME to lead a pre-
study assessment evaluating the capabilities of the ServiceNow Agile Development
module against leading Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
The SME will perform a structured analysis focusing on functional capabilities,
integration landscape, scalability, usability, and enterprise suitability, and provide
actionable recommendations for tool adoption or optimization.
Desired Competencies
Must-Have
 Strong experience in ServiceNow Agile Development module (SPM / ITBM)
