About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Specialist within our ICT Corporate Workflow product team in ICT. The role will be responsible for managing incidents, requests, technical improvements and enhancements with the ServiceNow platform, requiring knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, application support and development practices, and a good understanding of service‑centred management processes and procedures. The role is pivotal within the team, working alongside support service groups including HR, Finance, ICT and WFM to deliver value from the ServiceNow platform. Opportunities exist to develop enhancement solutions for wider ICT and business, support the Technical Product Owner in continuous improvement activities, and govern ServiceNow as a platform.
