About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Consultant to implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The role requires strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, platform customization, and delivering scalable solutions aligned to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions on ServiceNow
- Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, tracking, and optimization
- Configure and maintain HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management) modules
- Design and implement workflows and automation for asset management processes
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation, testing, and deployment
