ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB Consultant,

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Manage and maintain CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with CSDM standards.
• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB integrations with enterprise tools.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and reports as per business requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support incident resolution within SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and CMDB governance activities.
