**What You Will Do:**

+ As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), you will devise strategies, design, implement, and optimize HR solutions for clients using the ServiceNow platform
+ Translate complex HR business needs—including employee lifecycle events, case management, and employee experience—into integrated ServiceNow HRSD solutions to address client requirements
+ Lead and design ServiceNow platform HRSD solutions, including: HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, & Document Management
